1. Services: The Compliance Clinic provides healthcare compliance consultancy, governance documentation, CPD training, and membership services. All services are provided on a professional basis and are subject to these terms.
2. Membership: Membership subscriptions are subject to admin approval. Access is granted once registration is approved and payment (where applicable) is confirmed. Memberships are non-transferable.
3. Intellectual Property: All templates, policies, documents, and training materials provided through our services remain the intellectual property of The Compliance Clinic. Members are granted a licence to use materials within their own practice only.
4. Payments: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are as stated at the time of purchase. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
5. Data Protection: We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Your data is used solely for service delivery, communication, and legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of Liability: Our services provide guidance and support. We do not guarantee regulatory outcomes. Practitioners remain responsible for their own compliance and clinical practice.
7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
